"Okay, I had a bit of a chat, and an idea came up that I quite liked," He unfolds a piece of paper from his chest pocket.
"Write a 1,000 word story about a deal of some sort gone wrong. It should have already happened, so this will work on your past tense writing skill. Write about injures recieved on both sides, have an indepth environment that has taken a beating, as well. Realistic as possible," He finishes.
"It doesn't have to be exactly 1,000 words, mind you. It could be a little less, as long as the substance in there. More writing isn't always better writing. Making every sentence count is the mark of a good writer,"
The man looks at a calender pinned to a wall. "Okay, we'll make it... August 12th, or one week from tomorrow. We can extend it, if need be, but try to get it done by that. Thank you, and have fun!"
He marks the calender. It's now an event, if you want to see.
