Tastes the least of the sea out of any seafood I've ever tasted. My family and I caught them, 81 in all. My dad fried them up, buttered and seasoned them, and then (because the rest of my family didn't want any, for some reason) we split them (almost) evenly. Absolutely amazing stuff.
